I opened an 8ta mobile unlimited business contract 2 days ago and Edwin from Canal walk branch, texted me to say that it would be active within 4 hours. I then cancelled some of my other Telkom lines, thinking im going to be using my new line within a few hours and sadly failed. yesterday all day ive tried calling canal walk branch and the phone just keeps ringing, I have called various numbers from one to the other, this morning I had had enough of this b.s im running a business and expect 8ta to be prompt after all I did chose them as my provider.
