REACTIVATE SIM/LINE

I am so disappointed with the service received from 8ta to just retrieve a line back! It takes months to simply reactivate my line back. Not to mention how many case reference numbers i got but always the same story but month end they are debitting my account for the unactive line, I HAVE BEEN IN THE STORE MORE THAN 10TIMES FOR THE SAME STORY, taking reference numbers home the latest i got CASE REF:4135656.

Can i have the line active as of today unless they need me to return the whole pack and I get the written confirmation that they cannot help and i am clear and will not be liable for any cost because having the device that does not have active SIM is just useless. I AM NOT HAPPY AT All.
