Possible Ignorance

I raised a call and concern with Vodacom around possible, due to a transaction SMS received on my Cellphone for Airtime transferred to an unknown number to the value of R300. I expressly raised the issue as possible, to which no concern was shown. Vodacom CS response was that no details show on their system as yet, so they cannot log a Service Request. Although, I did insist on a call reference for my query. After my fifth call today, the CS agent said that airtime transfers can only be initiated from the desired cellphone which means that I would have done the transfer and she had no intention to log a request. I then asked to be escalated to a supervisor urgently, he too asked for my Service Request number which I was never given. Is Vodacom for real, is this the urgency they crime with. This can only be done with internal knowledge of systems and processes and the propensity to commit crime.
