I paid my outstanding bill on 5th August 2013 but still received an SMS saying I had been handed over to Pholosa. Had to deal with an incredibly rude woman there (Joy - [Email Removed] and their line quality is terrible - could hardly hear what she was saying.
I have spent enough time on this issue and don't want to waste any more time. Can Cell C not get their act together? No wonder their business is bombing.
If CellC get a default judgement against me, I'll sue them for whatever I can and split that with the lawyer.
