This is my third complaint about extremely bad network coverage and so far it has gone from bad to worse. I have been contacted and MTN people phoning me, assuring me that everything is sorted out BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED! I even explained to MTN that it is in Centurion and at Lanseria. Trying to cancel the contract but was told I cannot due to an upgrade I did not too long ago. Does this mean I have to keep paying even if I do not receive the service from MTN???
