Account been blocked - Very bad service received

Very bad service, debiting money when they are not supposed to and then blocking my phone after the money was not available. They got their money more than a month ago and my phone is still blocked. No one can assist me and everybody there has a different story. I am not getting the service which I am paying for and I want to cancel my contract. Their statement that they send me and the system that they work off does not show the same thing. I am so tired of fighting with them just to get the service that I am paying for.
