I closed my small business account on the 15th of March, only to find out when money has been accidentally paid into it from an out of country client, that the account actually has never been closed on the 23rd of April! 7 WEEKS LATER!!!
Now, other money has been paid into the account, and ABSA wants to deduct banking charges for April before paying back the rest!!?!
THAT ACCOUNT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED 6 WEEKS AGO, WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY BANK CHARGES, IF SOME INCOMPETENT DIDN'T DO HIS OR HER JOB?!??!
