Rude client service and unproffessional help

On Saturday 2013-03-16 I upgrade to a blackberry Z10. I set up all my apps but could not set up my blackberry bbm. I call customer service and the man told me that I must buy data first-what I did-he told me that it would take 24hours. On Monday I could still not set up this app... I call customer service, Carma told go into a setting I did not have on the Z10.After a while my husband speak to her and she transfer him to some one else that said there is something wrong with the service provider mtn... or that they are busy with an upgrade and that I must wait for a week or a month before the app could be working. My husband call mtn and they told him that there was none such thing. I call the Randfontein branch and spoke to Tanya-that did the upgrade and told me nothing of this-she told me that she would call and find out what's going on and then call me back-still waiting for that! I call the branch again and spoke to Chantell, I ask her if they could help me and she reply that they are not a IT service, I told her that I pay for something I can not use and she laugh in my face-I personally think this is very rude and unproffessional!!!
