I phoned Vodacom 'Customer Care' this morning in order to enquire about changing over from a contract to a top-up account. I was met with a very helpful young lady by the name of Melissa Morris who went out of her way to ensure that my every query was answered in a professional and thorough manner. I would say that she definitely went the extra mile in terms of ensuring that once the call ended, I had no unanswered questions.
I would just like to say thank you to Melissa for making the usual "dreaded" phone call a productive and pleasant call and that she must keep up the good work in ensuring that Vodacom is a cut above the rest in terms of excellent customer service. Well done!
