I have phoned in 3 times
I am on hold for 2 min before I can talk to a consultant within a matter of seconds I get cut off.
I am utterly disgusted with the whole situation. YOU ARE NOT PAYING FOR THOSE CALLS I AM? R U GOING TO REFUND ME THOSE SECONDS?

All I want to do is cancel one of my contract and move it to prepaid.
CAN SOME ONE PHONE ME REGARDING THE REIMBURSEMENT OF MY LOST MINUTES AND TO HAVE THE CONTRACT CANCELLED?!
