I just had a phone call from someone claiming to be from MTN SA and asking me if he could verify my details. This is the second such call I have had and this is the second time I have refused to answer. I DON"T KNOW WHO THE I AM TALKING TO, on the other end of the phone. It could be ANYONE. Has MTN never heard of identity in SA? Really. This is akin to giving someone my banking pin...
I'm all for keeping your customers details up to date, but find a more secure way of doing it. PLEASE!!!
