Can Telkom please assist?

I signed a Telkom adsl contract which expired Feb 2013. I received Billion 810VNTX when I signed up. In January 2013 that router started giving me hassles and I took it to the Telkom shop and was exchanged for the same brand - Billion 810VNTX router.
However in June 2013 that Billion 810 Router also started giving me hassles.
I returned to the Telkom shop and was replaced with a Netgear N300 router.
Now this Netgear router is also giving me hassles.
I took it to the Mossel bay Telkom shop and I was advised that it cannot be exchanged.
This router is still under warranty as far as I am concerned and should be replaced.
Telkom, please assist!
