I really think vodacom's service levels have dropped towards unbearable. My internet connect is never consistent, always disconnecting, slow connection or unable to view web pages... then its my cell phone network, either non existent, or disconnected calls constantly... Iv tried call centres, nothing works, iv tried passing this on higher and still nothing... the only option I seem to have is to move asap to another network as soon as my contract expires... I hope to rid myself of this additional stress, because honestly speaking its not worth my time... i ask that you consider carefully your other options before joining vodacom because you will be sorry, especially if you have run a business or make important calls...
