I ordered a sim card on contract which promised overnight delivery three days later I call to find out why I had not received my sim card and was told they did not have a delivery address (which was provided on ordering the sim card) and was promised delivery the following day which did not happen so two days later I called again apparently they still did not have a delivery address so I spoke to a manager who promised the sim would be delivered on Monday and guess what I still have not received it so I call yet again today an still no response.
