Received SMS on 7 Oct asking for payment of my first Telkom bill. Phoned Thato Kumalo and was assisted immediately in setting up the online viewing of my bill.
Enquired about weekender plan that was added to my bill without having requesting it, but received no response.
Received another SMS this morning, 14 Oct at 10am threatening with suspension, although I'm the one being charged with something that I didn't request, nor use.
Please rectify the bill, and I will pay the account.
