After the ridiculous repair service with phone damaged between the Vodaworld and repair center I asked for Cancellation quote. Got that quick not even worries they loosing a customer that spend almost R20k a year on my 3 contracts with them.
I have to use my account number as ref for the payment on public beneficiary, but no matter what you enter it, it will not accept my account number I107xxxx/2 or I107xxxx-2.
I just can't get rid of these guys. They will not help you and escalations never gives any feedback a means of contacting them.
Please stay away from Vodacom. They are happy to take your money over 7 years but when you have a issue with service nothing get done.
