Worst Customer Service EVER!!!

I am a new customer coz I swear by Discovery and got tired of my previous employers m/a.
I phoned to get authorisation for an MRI scan which I was told was o.k.
After the scan the MA declined due to a waiting period.

I phoned to report that I was told that it was fine and covered. AFter they have listened to the phone call,
they admitted being in the wrong and they will get back to me. It has now been, 10 phone calls later back to them, everytime I get promised to be phoned back. And everytime the person who deals with me wants
me to repeat the story and NO ONE's bothered to come back to me. The MRI scan people wants to sue me by now due to the outstanding amount,

I pay R2000 a month for the worst M/A ever in my opinion in terms of Service Delivery.

This is rubbish.
