Good Network, Bad Service

Personally i think Vodacom has the best network with the worst costumer service ever,

My contract expired, i sent an email to cancel it but still keep the number on prepaid, this hasn't been done and although the consultants say those famous words "i will follow up and get back to you" and no one calls back, i phone them everyday as if i offer a service to them,

i dont understand how the person who was assigned to this account is off for 6 days and no one else assists as if nothing is urgent, why must i wait for this person to come back?

i've spoken to the customer care, cancellations department business department and no luck, today they gave me another address to forward this request to, this big time,

So not happy with your service, pathetic service!!!
Its like you only get proper service when you complain, but i bet you i still wont get good service.
