I wrote an email on Checkers website on 08/07/2013 - I got an email saying they would be in contact as soon as possible. Nearly 3 weeks later I still have heard nothing!
Interestingly I see another lady has had the same experience as me:
I did my shopping and used Eezicoupons- firstly the code which was downloaded from the App did not work correctly, the cashier then told me I must dial on my phone because is works better, secondly the correct amount was not taken off. I got R8 back in total, when the one coupon alone was supposed to be R10 off.
I guess Customer service will respond on here- to say "They will be in contact" - so that they are rated as a company who responds - but will I hear from them?
