I'm sending out yet another email to you in regards of my complaint reference number is 7150967.
On the 13th of October at approximately 08;45 on i had the same problem to the reference mentioned above that i cant get call through and that it tells the other person and i quote " the number you have dialled does not exist". I would now like for something to be done about this. This is unacceptable as a customer paying for a contract at MTN.
If nothing can be done then i have no choise but to take matters further by the "Consumerboard".
Nothing seems to be fixed.
