My Telkom ADSL (home) that is have for a good 18 months barely gets a connection of 1MB/sec. Which basically renders it useless for "work from home" purposes.
My VODACOM 3G mifi gives me 4X that speed! However i am paying Telkom a lot every month for a useless product!
I called in on 26 Sep and was given a case number. Various calls later - both from me (about 6 calls) and from them (2) and they say that "it is resolved". A modem / line reset / reboot on - 9 oct fixed it for 20 mins... then back to low low speeds. A technician from the area (i did not get a name) advised that there is a tachnical issue and that it will be fixed within3-4 days. 3 weeks later and nothing!!!
This is pathetic.
A serious home wifi network yielded useless due to a bad incoming pipe!!!
What can i do? HELP???
