I went into your Elridge MTN store about 3 weeks ago and signed up for a contract for 5 gig's with an LTE device (Fastlink Alcatel). When I went to fetch it in the week that followed, signed all the paperwork and asked whether I needed to do something, I was told "no, its plug and play".
I got home and the device downloaded its software and then... it would not connect. I phoned the branch who advised that the RICA was not done and that they would do it immediately (despite the neccessary docs given initially). I then tried to connect the next day and when I tried to phone again, the number 'was not available'. I then tried the call centre (which is a nightmare on its own!!!) who took my info and did all the necessary, BUT proceeded to forward me to a credit clerk who had to 'extend my credit limit'... and then got told that its done and it should be fine now... but it wasn't. To end a LONG story, I received another deivce that did not work either so I ended up cancelling the contract on the weekend, without even a sincere apology about my inconvenience of driving to the store 4 times. I am disgusted by this service and will never do business with MTN again. Use it, or don't
