I am an exsisting subscriber to Mweb. I called in August to apply for a Mifi connection at home as there are 4 of us that use laptops. I was told that there were no Mifi units available but that a rep would contact me as soon as they became available.
After 2 months I had still heard nothing so I called again.
I was told by a young lady that they had been given instruction not to sell Mifi units as they were unobtainable.
I find the service unexceptable. Firstly because nobody came back to me and secondly that the rep did not even apolagise or try and give me another option.
When I said that I would then possibly look for another supplier I was told that I should maybe try.
I would think that the rep's should try and keep their clients, not simply shrug their shoulder and move on.
