Bad Bad Service and shaping policies

I switched to Afrihost about a nine months ago because of there advertising saying there lines are all "unshapped". At first everything was peachy on my 1mbps facility, perfect download speeds, good service ect. About four months ago I moved into a new house and whoopy my outdated Telkom exchange could now go up to 2mbps. I promptly upgraded as Afrihost prices were the best around and they don't shape there lines and then I made the biggest mistake of all I moved my Telkom line to them. They moved over to the Mtn backbone and now im getting throttled so much I cant even check my emails let alone do my online gaming or heaven forbid try and buy a game through steam and download it. there call centre is even worse 10 -15 minutes of holding on with some call centre agent trying to spin you some half brained story or get some half assed email which they all cut and paste to the complaining customers. In short ill be cancelling and advising my 35plus customers to follow suit. You had top notch service but now its bad, new subscribers beware!!!
