Not fixing my line..2months now

I am currently an afrihost 2mb uncapped customer..First we got a sms stating there will be some delays in our line they are busy upgrading their network. When all this was done we got another sms stating we will be moved to unshaped line for free!! - this is given because of the recent delays and they appreciate all the patience. I recently discovered this was taken away about 3 months after without them informing the clients. Since June my line has dropped to half the download speed and triple the latency.. I can't do anything on my internet as it is terrible slow and they simply have no answer for me.. I have more than 25 emails which i have send to them giving statistics and trying to get help.. Yes sure they have tried to help as their customer service is petty good but like i said 2months have i been struggling now and they can't help me.. This is unacceptable as i moved my line from telkom to afrihost and i was promised all related line/internet issues will now be sorted out by them asap.
