My wife passed away two months ago. Since then we have being trying to change her contract into my daughter's name. We have been into the Centurion branch and called the call centre to no avail. There are extra costs of R1700 that were being charged from my wife's bank account which no-one can tell me what they are for. We have been constantly sent from one agent to another without anyone helping us, I would really like to speak to someone who could explain everything to me without sending me to another department.
