I made a new contract with Cell C, and for my surprise on receiving the first invoice I see that the amount due is already more than the R399.00 agreed on the contract, I called customer service on the 16th Sep and was told that they can cancel the MIRA014 that is causing the charges. I never requested anything and want my account to be what I agreed with on the contract. I now have put the phone on flight mode, but I do not want just a cancellation, but a refund of the amount I have not requested. this MIRA014 is charging R6.15 and just for August the Subtotal (excl VAT) 0:00 27 calls 166.05. Total Due: R588.80 and not the R 399.00 as by the contract. please advise urgently so that I do not take drastic measures to resolve this "scheme" or rip off. other suppliers have not yet given me the same issue. I am now not sure if I should have changed or not.
