I am very annoyed at the service delivery i have received from Vodacom today. I called in spoke to Yolanda whom i told i am putting on hold then she dropped the call. She has my phone number so the least she could do is call me back. Anyways i ring back and go through the same process again I get through to Masilo Letlalo- ref#201310110231.i ask to speak to a manager, he asks for my contact no and reason for this. I tell him Yolanda hung up on me. what shocks me: he has the audacity to refuse to confirm the manager's name that i cannot speak to. He also mentioned agents hanging up calls on clients doesn't warrant a call with a manager. He was rather and made matters worse. I haven't had problems with my contract but this inspires one to just cancel the whole thing.
