My Fiance Mr PE Kitime has a contract with MTN which I pay for it. The contract started in October last year and the amount was supposed to be R439 but unaware we have been paying R500.00 every month. Two weeks ago he called them & spoke to Tumi she confirmed that the refund will be credited back to us. On the very same Ndumiso the team leader called us back and he spoke with me to confirm the same. Mr Kitime is not working and he doesnt have an active bank account currently. We gave them my account number to use for the refund but now it looks like that is a problem. They can see that account number provided is the same account that they receive the instalment from every month. They keep on extending days as to when will we get the money back. I work for the bank I know how long it takes for the money to reflect into someone's account.
