I had complaint three month back when the agent didn't change the bank account on my request the insurance lapse, which was not my fault they said I have to go back to PG glass for inspection which was not necessary, they promise me they will refund R200 for restarting insurance because was not at fault they called and promised it will be done after two to three working day, they didn't honour the promise till today I didn't get that R200, hence they were supposed to deduct R500 last month to make up that R200 which they didn't, how to I believe them if is been three month complaining about same thing and nothing has been done, I have requested my contract which they didn't provide I am still waiting till today, 27.08.2013 they have deducted R1249.00 which they were supposed to deduct normal instalment, i called them this morning spoke to three different people Noma, letiwe and Evert they said the money will only reflect into my account after two to three working days, I told both of them that is for other debit order that supposed to go
