I received a call from one of your consultants earlier - it was by far the most unprofessional and improper conversation that i have ever engaged in, as a matter of fact, i doubt that this person has any formal education! she called me, in a typical and heavy "durban related" accent, offering me some stupid deal where i can migrate from prepaid to contract, i replied telling her that i was not interested, she then question why i wasnt interested when this was a "good" offer and i still had control of the package - i then asked her who gave her the authority to question my motives and she then said goodbye and ended the call. i dont appreciate receiving marketing calls where the person can not even engage in proper english, or probably any medium of instruction for that matter, im also gobsmacked by the number of similar complaints lodged against this company and how vodacom is oblivious to this and still continues to allow their clients to be subjected to such idiotism???
