Cannot access online account

Vodacom have created this new way of linking all your numbers to one online profile. So I choose to do so, because they warn you that you only have 5 grace logins before you have to do this. I then get to a registration page where I have to register with my ID number, and guess what, it won't work because my ID number is already linked to another account. Obviously it is, ITS MY ACCOUNT! So now I cannot access my account at all anymore, because it just keeps going back to the page where I have to register. So I email their support over 10 days ago already, have received numerous replies from them stating I will be helped within 48 hours and my request has been sent to somebody who can help and still nothing. I still cannot access my account and I am yet to hear or get a reply from anybody at vodacom that isn't a machine generated default message. Get your support in order Vodacom, I don't have time to waste on petty like a system that does not work!
