I received an sms saying that there's an appointment made for a date which the salesperson said someone would contact me which no one has, I tried changing it on the website which made me register, the site is really slow and I finally registered with no option to change the date. I then went onto the link again and it gave me a technical error after entering my reference number. A lady then phoned me trying to sell me the product which I had purchased (this was the 3rd call I had received selling me the item), I asked this lady to assist and she gave me a number to call which I did and told the lady on the phone that I'm getting a technical error when trying to change my appointment on the website to which she says I need a technician to be called out to fix my issue (EH) after which I asked her if I'd need a technician to be called out to fix their website and then she tells me to hold on while she transfer me to someone to assist, after waiting I get hung up on, now I have no way of changing the date and I refuse to sit on the line again, someone needs to call me and fix this.
