I have lost count how many times I have complained about this and cellc has responded buy saying I will no longer receive marketing messages. So instead of telling me that they will stop, I want to know from management why I am still getting them!! I dont want to hear that the issue has been escalated to the IT department, because I have heard it many times before! Why the am I still getting these messages??? Can you give me a valid answer please, and do not tell me that I will no longer get them in future, because you keep sending them to me anyway!
