Decided after looking at the Vitality Cell C website to change and port my number over. The deal looked perfect... Unfortunately that was the end of the looking good part.

Contacted Vitality and the first red flag came up when the cost of the contract was not the R418.00 as advertised on the vitality website. After sorting out the contract amount, it was explained that I would have to take the essential plan or the minutes would be capped. No mention of other plans or cost. Sms still received for usage limit cap and R57.00 to be debited from my account monthly.

Email received enabling me to tack my order. Logged on and noticed that 2 different phones where showing under the order details section. Sent an email... hooboy and received the following response "Due to the high volume of emails we are receiving we will respond to your query within 24 to 72 hours". This explains it all regarding their service.

Much more to say, but only 1200 characters. Cancelled my contract as still could not use phone. Asked Vitality Cell C to collect phone and was informed they will listen to the tapes and if they don't agree I will be charged for courier.
