Well i must say Vodacom did phone me back well done, but after i have told them about the problem i had i was told " But sir with am attitude i must add, you must remember that i are getting discount from Vodacom on other services you are getting from them." As to say they can make misstekes we must also remember the other things we are getting from them. So in other words i must acsept that they can make misstakes on deals that they atvertise but you can not complain about that no no thats wrong. You must be ok with there misstakes because you are getting discountss from them. The reason why i think i am getting discounts from Vodacom is because i am a very good customer haveing about 7 contract with them.
I was also told that they will look in to the matter but no body phone me back and told me what the out come was.
