Useless customer service!

I recently purchased a mygig2 vodacom data contract which was to set me back a mere R99 per month. I already have a mygig1 for the iPad and it is automatically capped at 1 gig. However, when recently receiving an account of R1700.00 for the mygig2 contract for a months use, I was puzzled. I was NEVER MADE AWARE that the contract was open as it was NOT told to me at all. Now here is the best part... The issue in question arose beginning August. I initially made 7 phone calls, getting a complete run around. The 7th call made me aware of the customer complaint service. I have sent 2 emails, the first one was replied to and I was told they would look into the matter. Nobody has gotten back to me. That lead to the 2nd mail. NO REPLY WHATSOEVER . I called several numbers again and laid a complaint over the phone. A 20 min conversation and I thought there might be hope... NOT TO BE!!! Up to 14 days I was told it would take for a reply. Well, we have passed that mark too!!! What does it take to get SOME DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. nobody calls back, nobody cares. Thank you vodacom. Thank you for marketing products under false pretence. Thank you for taking money that does not belong to you.
