I walked into the Virgin Mobile store in Sandton City tp upgrade one line of my contract and to cancel the other line. The guy upgraded one line and informed that the other will be cancelled. Two years later I realise that I have been charged for the other line and R7154 has been debited from my account without my permission. The procedure to cancel contracts is not my responsibility and the competency of your staff to follow procedure and inform customers of protocol. I called the call centre and they refused to help me get my money back!!!
