Terrible Customer Service

Went to vodacom fourways to purchase a cell phone cover. I asked someone if they could put the screen cover on for me and I was referred to the cashier. A black lady with curly hair. After standing in line for about 5minutes with no one behind us I finally get to the counter, by then one other lady had joined the queue behind me. Upon asking her to please put my screen cover on she pointed to the one lady behind me and rudely said to me "but there is a line" I then replied "yes I know I have been standing in it." I walked away and then asked to speak to someone else regarding her poor customer service. While waiting there was no one in the shop and yet she still did not come to me and offer her assistance nor apologise.

After waiting for 20min someone else finally helped me. However this does not make up for the poor customer service and bad attitude.
