I contacted the call centre @ MTN to no avail (0839000349) on 08/10. Still waiting for the supervisor to respond. I explained that I am unhappy and would like a refund...
Today 09/10 and the so called new battery does not charge the phone. It stays on 7% charged and according to the technical div of MTN they have tested the phone and it was the battery, which according to them, has been replaced... I do not want to think what their excuse will be this time and also not to think of the costs laying ahead.
