My fiance was convinced to take up a contract with cell c about 2 or 3 months ago which he did. The contract included a nokia lumia 205 and a blackberry 9320. The phone started giving problems and we took it to sandton where it was booked in. 2 weeks after that we were told that it has permanent damage and the guy in sandton sent it back again. Today we called repairs and we were told that it had water damage something that was supposed to be detected in the first book in. The people we spoke to were very rude including kelebogile from the call centre who said she doesn't care who we report to, what kind of service is that? On the other hand justin told us that he trusts his technicians and we are the ones lying. To think how much we were pestered to take the contract and now that we need help no one is willing to assist because the money that pays for this contract can be used to do something in our home. I'm very upset and disappointed that companies don't practice what they preach!!
