It is not by choice that I am converting to HP to complain, but I have no other way of contacting MTN.
My line has been suspended, but I have no way to enquire about how or how much to pay as THEY HAVE EVEN SUSPENDED MY 808 customer service line.
I went into a branch, made payment, emailed my pop, but still nothing. How can I arrange payment if they cut any/all communication lines that I have with MNT.
Ridiculous!!!
