Phoned to report a fault on my BUSINESS line at 7am on the 8th October. They did not come that whole day. Queried lack of response on 9th October at approximately 8am and was told has been given over to technician I heard it could take up to 48 hours. Phoned again 9th October approximately 12pm where was told the same thing only its not 48 hours but 48 WORKING HOURS - hence I could be without phone line for a week. How is my business supposed to survive as I am unable to take bookings for my restaurant and accommodation!! I may as well close my place for a week as no one can contact us... This is highly unprofessional.
