I phoned and cancelled my BIS service with MTN in March 2013 but till October 2013 I was still being billed for it, I phoned again to have it cancelled, I hope they do cancel it this time as i have not been using a blackberry for some time now, I also would like to be reimbursed the money that I have been paying for a service I was not using.
