When I answer, I get music. If I wait longer to speak to someone the call gets cut off after 1minute and 5 seconds..
I called at 14.07 to complain and after a 7 minute 21 second call and 3 different consultants, I was assured that my information would be removed from their database. Then there was another call at 16.07
On the DMMA database, I have made it very clear that I do not want to be called or emailed by any direct marketing company.
In the past, I have told the consultants that I am not interested in anything they have to sell me. I am very happy with Pay as You Go.
These multiple calls are equivalent to stalking me.
