SINCE REQUESTING MY SERVICE TO BE MOVED WEEKS AGO I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOR BEEN ABLE TO GET ANY FEEDBACK AT ALL ON THIS. THIS MORNING I TRIED AGAIN AND AFTER HOLDING ON FOR HALF AN HOUR I WAS CUT OFF. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
