Taking money without consent

I recently cancelled my insurance policy with Virgin Insurance due to Poor customer service when claiming from them. Then subsequently they still charged me VAP insurance for two months after this.

When I called the first time, as their emails kept returning, I was told it was a separate insurance, even after I cancelled ALL insurance with them, and that it would be sorted out. This was in the beginning of March. The second time they then charged me VAP again, after I cancelled a second time, and was not reimbursed, I called again. They apologized and said they would cancel it and reimburse me.

The cancellation finally took place, but still no reimbursement.

Please be aware that they like to keep money that took illegally and will not honor their word! The direct line does not exist either and the call centre cannot put me through to anyone. Also the admin email on their site does not work. Sounds like a!
