Sim Delivered Late and Not Working

I signed up for Afrihost's mobile service recently, the sim was delivered today in Cape Town, after waiting all day for a no-show courier (MDS, I even got an email from them confirming the delivery completed while I'd received and heard nothing). Eventually a man that seemed half braindead arrived and rang my doorbell, claiming he was at the premises earlier, but no-one was home. I informed him that I was certainly at home waiting for him, and asked why he didn't call my phone to double check. Apparently he had no airtime. What a joke!

Anyway I popped the sim in after all that and it doesn't work. Doesn't register on the network at all - after reading other accounts online I assume it hasn't been activated. After calling customer care and waiting for 10mins I threw it all in the bin and emailed Afrihost requesting a refund. Just a bad indication of the poor service to come.

Certainly living up to the Afri in Afrihost.

I' do not wish to waste more of my time communicating with Afrihost.
Please just refund as requested.
