I requested in june that the account be moved from my fathers name to mine in june. Was told that it was approved and that it went through. When i went to upgrade the contract i was told it was still on his name and that they could not help me.
They also don't have the paper work and he is now living in another city so i cant get the details from him. Going to find a way to get it canceled as i have being paying for something that is not technically mine and was not told that it didn't go through.
I keep getting bounced from one person to the next with everyone saying that nothing can be done and the whole process needs to be gone through again. This is the ref number that said the move was successful 2129699.
Extremely bad service from mtn will never advice anyone to take a contract with them again. Wasting time and money trying to sort things out
