Its been over a week now since I logged my problem to Vodacom, and every time I just get a message your problem has been escalated. They then say they will phone me and they will phone once a day, if I miss the phone call they will only phone again the following day.
I get messages what to do and the problem has been fixed but its still not working, also the help i get they I think one is stupid, but in the mean time they cant get their stuff to work
